Chatthetrust conducts retail and wholesale sales of mining equipment (ASIC miners, power supplies, accessories) from leading manufacturers. We are an authorized distributor providing certified equipment with warranty.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, the User must: select a product from the catalog, contact a manager to confirm availability and current pricing, and make payment according to the issued invoice. The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is fixed at the time of invoice issuance. We accept bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by international logistics companies. Delivery times depend on the region and product availability. Shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated during order placement. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Warranty

All equipment is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by improper use, power surges, or mechanical damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for: lost profits related to equipment use; changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates and mining difficulty; losses caused by improper equipment operation; delivery delays caused by force majeure.

Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions

Chatthetrust strives to ensure the highest quality of supplied equipment. In case of a manufacturing defect or receipt of incomplete goods, we guarantee a full return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are possible in the following cases: the product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by diagnostics; the product does not meet stated specifications; the product was damaged during transportation (with photo/video documentation upon receipt).

3. Claim Period

4. Return Procedure

To process a return: email [email protected] with a description of the issue and attached photo/video evidence; wait for confirmation from our support team; ship the product to the specified address in original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the product, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
